For some reason I've always felt that Heath Ledger was an extremely fragile person even though he had a lot of strength and integrity. He seemed too vulnerable for the film industry. Maybe that was his genius: to be able to get to the point artistically and career-wise to be able to express that vulnerability so publicly. When I first saw BBM I really couldn't believe how he was exposing himself to the world. That in itself seems to be his greatest legacy.

I waited for three hours in the cold last November to see him in London.  It was at a premiere of "I'm Not There."  He never showed.  I'd have gladly waited three days.  He was that kind of star.  How could this have happened?

Thank you, dearest Asali. Will have a cup of tea and see whether I can make mores sense of the world afterwards. This reminds me of the one other actor's death I cried over and couldn't believe had happened: River Phoenix.

How must Michellle Williams feel? Horrible to think of.

Oh Heath, Heath.........

I don't have words, I'm shocked, I can't believe this and at the same time I'm trembling in pain, my tears are falling silently.

Thank you all that you're here.
Hope that Michelle Williams has someone supporting.

Just found this on "afterelton.com". Shakespeare's sonnet No. 28 (written to a man):

How can I then return in happy plight,
That am debarre'd the benefit of rest?
When day's oppression is not eas'd by night,
But day by night and night by day oppress'd,
And each, though enemies to either's reign,
Do in consent shake hands to torture me,
The one by toil, the other to complain
How far I toil, still farther off from thee.
I tell the day, to please him thou art bright,
And dost him grace when clouds do blot the heaven:
So flatter I the swart-complexion'd night,
When sparkling stars twire not thou gild'st the even.
But day doth daily draw my sorrows longer,
And night doth nightly make grief's length seem stronger.
Love is a many splendoured thing...

I didn't know last night. I've just woken up and found out this news. I can't believe it. I can't stop crying. Oh Heath. I just can't believe it.

It´s the day after here in Barcelona. All the radios and tv channels have already given the news;they´ve showed scenes from his best known movies, saying that he was a young actor with a splendourous future. But,I´m sorry, forgive them, because it´s a shame for me that in Catalunya television a speaker has said by finishing the news that: "Fame and money do sometimes that people can stand it,they´re not able to live with this burden".Fortunately, the program´s director told him as answer:-"Yes,but a flat in Manhattan in winter can make you feel terribly lonely...I mean that we don´t know what happenned to him really,it´s to say that...".-"Yes-answered the other-,he splitted from his partner few time ago,but had a daughter...Well,time will tell us what happenned,yes.".I´ve felt almost offended¡.
I went to bed crying and I´ve woken up crying. When I´ve gone to work,a mate who is a real Brokie-he told me about the movie before I saw it and always has news and pictures and stuff...-didn´t know still the news.I´ve told him and he finished  crying too. We´ve told the others fellows that a friend of us has died. They have given us their condolences, and now we´re very sad, very, very sad.He tells me to write to you by telling he´s by your side at these moments.Thank you.
Ennis’s eyes gone bright with shock, mouth opening then closing again. “Love?” Ennis said finally, voice strangling in his throat.

Jack smiled sad. “Yeah, Ennis. Love.” Leaned forward and kissed Ennis’s temple, whispered, “What’d you think it was, all this time?”

Yes,Tizi,I know you´re right, but it´s so difficult to carry on now...My co-worker is still crying and more still when I translate to him your posts; they´ve told us to go home to be "with our friend´s family",that they do our part...

I woke up hoping it was a bad dream. then I heard Heath's dad confirming his death and it was then I knew it was true.  But I dont want to believe it.  Heath was such a beautiful, talented person, how could this have happened?  My stomach is in knots, I want to cry so badly but I'm in work. Wish I could go home but I cant....why did this have to happen to someone so young and so beautiful. It isnt right.   :\'( :\'( :\'( :\'(
